You can purchase our products through the following three convenient methods:
How to order through the website shopping cart system
Step 1: Add Items to Cart on Website
- Use the product page to search for items you want. You can search here or on the website.
- Once you find the desired product, select the quantity needed and click “Add to Cart.”
- Continue selecting items to purchase based on your requirements.
Step 2: View Cart
- Scroll to the top of the website page and click on the “shopping bag” icon, which represents the shopping cart.
- If you want to view your order list, product quantities, and total price, click on the “Shopping Cart” button.
- Alternatively, click “Proceed to Checkout and Pay” to place the order and fill in delivery information.
Step 3: Fill in Buyer and Delivery Details
- After clicking “Checkout,” you’ll be directed to the registration page. Ensure to fill in complete delivery information.
- Once completed, click the “Place Order” button. The system will send a confirmation e-mail to the customer.
- Upon receiving the confirmation e-mail, customers should make the payment by transferring the total order amount. Notify the payment through here or Line@: @thaipetfood
- Upon notification of the transfer, if notified before 1:00 PM, the shipment will be made on the same day; if notified after 1:00 PM, the shipment will be made the next day.
